VOICE FAULT FORM
WorldDialPoint require a minimum of 2 test calls to a failing destination.
Most voice faults fall into one of the below categories:
• Failing to fast busy tone (busy tone straight away)
• Failing to slow busy tone (silence for a period and then busy tone)
• Dead air (no busy tone at all after waiting to connect)
•
Call fails to an RVA*
– note what the message says (if in English) and note if there is a code at the end of the message.
• One way voice – A can hear B, B cant hear A
• One way voice – B can hear A, A cant hear B
• Distortion / Poor sound quality / Echo
• Call dropouts
