If this window is not opened yet, right click on any part of the SoftPhone and select “SIP Account Settings” Click on "Add" or click on Properties if your are changing the settings.

Please enter your information the appropriate fields. Use your own your login number and
password from your activation email.
Display Name : Your Login Number (eg 61991080000)
User Name: Your Login Number (eg 61991080000)
Password: Your Password for that extension
Authorization Name: Your Login Number (eg 61991080000)
Domain: Business Service use -
sip.bbvoice.com.au or IP address
203.176.185.10 and Residential Service use -
(Address found in your activation email)
Click OK and then Close.

Make calls!
