Email2Fax:
--- Sending a fax from your email
client:
> To send a fax via email is pretty straight forward and
easy.
> Open a new email
> Send email to
fax@sip.evoice.net.au
> In the Subject Line insert the
phone number with the area code included (eg. 0861077412)
> Attach your file / fax to the email (file needs to be in
PDF format)
> In the Massage leave empty Do NOT add nothing else
> Send
>
> You will then receive a confirmation email with a link in
it, copy the link and paste in Internet Explorer or Firefox
and press Enter
2. Instructions on how to use
Fax2Fax:
---- Sending a fax from your fax
machine
---- T38 voip hardware required (eg
Linksys 2102 / ZyXEL 2302 etc...)
> Connect your voip line to the
fax machine at home or in your office.
> Program you fax machine with these settings (ECM=OFF and
Speed= 9600)
> Send a fax by dialling the area code infront of the
number (e.g. - 07 XXXX XXXX)

Module2Fax:
--- Sending a fax from your
Online Module:
> To send a fax via the module is pretty straight forward and
easy.
> Login with your login and password at
https://billing.evoice.net.au
> Click on your Extension - Fax Center - Sent Faxes
> In the Send fax to
recipients enter the phone number
including area code (e.g. - 07XXXXXXXX)
> browse for your fax file (file needs to be in PDF format)
> Click on OK to send
4. Instructions on how to use
Fax2Email:
--- Receiving a fax to your email
client: (this feature is only available to Advanced Plan Users
and On-net Faxing)
> To receive a fax via the person that is sending you the fax,all
he needs to do is send as per normal faxing to your phone number (e.g. - dialing your DID number from his
Telstra/Optus fax machine). On-Net (between WorldDialPoint
users) faxing can also be used by
dialing the login number (619 number) or your voip extension
number (e.g. - xxxx*xxxxx)
> You will then receive the Fax via your email.
5. How to view Faxes in your
Online Module
> Login with your login and
password at
https://billing.evoice.net.au
> Click on your Extension - Fax Center
Received Faxes are only stored for a maximum of 30 days
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - We cannot guarantee this service to work
100% all the time specially if the number calling is being used
by an other voip provider. This service has been tested
extensively before the launch with a excellent result of 99.95%
and phone numbers to the major communication companies where
used for testing (Telstra / Optus and Telcorp). WorldDialPoint
is not responsible for any undeliverable / loss of any faxes
sent or received
