Fix for Problems with Incoming Calls on IP Phones (e.g.. Linksys 941/942, Snom,, Aastra)

Firmware (g)

1) Disable SIP completely in the router
2) Give the phone a fixed IP
3) Allow port 5060 outgoing in firewall
4) Set up virtual server to forward port 5060 incoming to the phone IP

Update - Adding the Billion to work simultaneously with the IP Phone

Tested on the Linksys IP Phone 941

To do this:
- setup the account on the Linksys phone to use port 5061 for SIP
signalling
- enabled SIP on the Billion router again
- setup the other VoIP Account on the Billion router to use port 5060 for
SIP signalling
- kept the forwarding (virtual server) for port 5061 to the Linksys phone
- removed forwarding for port 5060, so that the router handled it as default
