To anyone considering WorldDialPoint as your VOIP provider I can't recommend them enough. I have just signed up recently and found both there online information and via live support on email and telephone one of the best I have encounted online. Support was delivered swiftly with clear easy to understand information as has been all information provided to me on the website and in emails upon sign-up.

After my third attempted to find a quality VOIP supplier and many unnecessary hardware up-grades I was about to give VOIP away!


Thankfully I discovered WORLD DIAL POINT, I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants real phone quality.

My Wife and I are still very happy with the service, no problems at all. If your looking for a reliable VoIP, this is the one to go for.
I agree with Mike H, it's just as good as a landline.

Just wanted to give some feedback. I've used quite a few VOIP providers and was beginning to think that this was a good technology in theory. With other providers I've experienced the constant drop outs, lag, echo, poor sound quality and parts of the conversation being garbled. I am amazed with the quality of your service, it is a good as any landline. Very high quality voice and no drop outs.

If this continues, and I can't see why it shouldn't, then I will be a happy customer for a long time to come.

My wife and I have been on a number of VoIP services recently, a lot of them fade or crackle. WDP is the best by far. No Crackle or fade out and no echo. We are pleased with the service and hope it keeps as good always.

As an ISP it is important for us to keep ahead of the game, we constantly trail VoIP Technology's and we have used many other VoIP company's including IINET, Sipme and Freecall and I have to say I think that WorldDialPoint have ticked all the boxes for us, calls are always clear and people can actually hear what you are saying instead of broken jittered conversation. We now setup all our clients with WorldDialPoint that require VoIP services.

I have been using world dial point for a bit under a year now, and I love it. Saves money in several ways: firstly I am now on the cheapest possible Telstra plan because I never make a call through Telstra - that cuts my line rental cost down; Secondly, I make several calls to other states of Australia. With Telstra they would cost a min but with WDP they are just 9.9cents; thirdly, I have convinced several of my friends to use WDP, and I can now make completely free calls to them!

Voice quality and reliability is excellent - I've never had a problem! This is the case even though my internet connection is only 256kbps download.

I have also had the pleasure of working with the WDP technical support team to resolve and issue which was caused by a problem with my router (NOT by an issue with WDP) and I was extremely impressed with how well and how quickly they dealt with quite a difficult issue (thanks Will!!).

I chose to move to WDP after reading great reviews on the Whirlpool Forum and experiencing a marked down-turn in the service and quality of my then SIP provider.

WDP is fantastic - always available and clear as a bell, and 'standard dialing' for Australian users means no more special dial plans to mess with. Excellent support, too - but it's rarely needed!

I've recommended WDP to all of my friends who are using VOIP, and they've all switched!

Frank, you are a star. You work tirelessly to ensure that all of your customers are satisfied and you don't stop until they are. Your knowledge of VoIP is so much higher than I could imagine. With CallMe being in telco, I know a good quality service when I see one and WorldDialPoint's service, I would say I equal to or better than a standard PSTN, I simply do not know how you do it.

I highly recommend WDP to anyone considering which VoIP provider to go with or anyone wishing to have a lower cost higher functionality phone service

I must compliment Frank (Support) for dealing with my enquiry so promptly and on a Sunday night. I didn't expect that - I was putting it in the pipeline to be dealt with during business hours. I had been unable to correctly configure the new version of SJphone. Frank downloaded it, got it going and within 50 minutes of my enquiry he had advised me of an obscure stun server setting I needed to make.

I have been trailing WDP for over a month. Have found the service excellent. Cannot notice the difference between WDP and a regular telephone line.

The service has been outstanding. I am in the process of starting a new business and plan on using WDP exclusively from incoming and outgoing calls.

The WDP service is so reliable and clear that we have literally stopped using our PSTN line for outgoing calls, absolutely everything is done via WDP.

Impressed with the quality of service and the cost, I recommended my in laws to connect up so we could have free calls (they live in Tennant Creek) and they could benefit from the great pricing.

As we don't have any need to ring internationally we have never tried this side of the service, however the in laws ring the UK at least once a month. I ask for some feedback on their first call to the UK and this was what they said:

Absolutely Perfect, the call quality was better than anytime they have rung on the PSTN service, there was no lag and call quality was perfect both ends.

In the past on a PSTN service they have spent $15-$20 on a call for 30mins, the VOIP call to the UK cost them $.65c for 30mins. To say they are happy is an understatement.

To say we are happy is an understatement as well.

Well done World Dial Point, keep up the great work.
